Sotara Manalo, DO

I am a highly personable and dedicated family physician recognized for compassion and excellence.

I attended Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Northern California.  After graduating in 2007, I completed my Osteopathic internship and residency training at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, California in 2010.

I am board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.

After working in different group settings for the last seven years, I have decided to open my own family practice and osteopathic manipulative treatment clinic. I will be associated with PrimeCare Chino IPA.

My passion for medicine started at a young age when I was inspired by my father, a Pediatrician. It grew with my love for problem solving and helping others. I have found the osteopathic philosophy reflects my approach to health care.

I look forward to assisting you with all your health care needs.

Amber Moryl, PA

I received my BS and MS in Biology from the University of California, San Diego, where I was also a member of the UCSD Women's Volleyball team. Being an athlete helped shaped my passion for athletic training, physical therapy, nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. Following in my family’s footsteps I chose to pursue higher education in medicine and graduated from Western University of Health Sciences with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies in 2013.

I have been working as a Physician Assistant in Family Medicine since 2013.  I enjoy the relationships that I have made with my patients and their families and being a part of their healthcare team.  I practice whole body medicine integrating mind, body and spirit.

Kimberly Ta, Nurse Practitioner

Kimberly Ta, N.P.

I am a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, specializing in Family Practice and Primary Care. A native of the Chino Valley and surrounding cities, I attended high school in Chino Hills, attended Scripps College in Claremont, and finished my training as a Nurse Practitioner at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona.

I have been working in healthcare since 2008. I began my career in emergency medicine as an EMT, then worked in the ER as a registered nurse for 10 years.

Now, my goal as a family nurse practitioner is to keep my patients out of the ER. Most importantly, I strive to make sure my patients understand what is going on with their health and I work with them to achieve their health-related goals. Together, we can work on maintaining an active lifestyle, healthy nutrition, and excellent quality of life.
